Had an amazing weekend at a lovely hotel in a tranquil Belgian village. the spacious rooms were comfortable and had modern amenities including a decent bathroom. the hotel's great location near a beautiful lake made for a fun outdoor adventure. the indoor pool was also a plus, along with the solarium and wellness. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a good number of options to choose from. the friendly staff was incredibly helpful, adding to our enjoyable experience.
We found the lack of tea and coffee in the room a bit disappointing. when we arrived before the check-in time, we found the hotel locked without any instructions on how to proceed.

We went for the f1 Spa and this hotel was a bit too far, the satnav took us the very long way round but when we left there to go to the spa we realized how easy it was, a pleasant 25 minute drive there. The hotel was luxurous and a lot of attention to details, the breakfast, I don't believe I am saying this wasn't early enough, because we wanted to get decent parking near the spa. A very quiet spot which is what you need after a whole day there, nearby was an Italian restaurant but you do need to book and a HongKong one, both very good.

The dinner was good. Nice swimming pool. Easy access and parking. Friendly, multi lingual staff.
The rooms are a bit dated. The hotel has 3 restaurants, all adjacent and different in the quality of atmosphere (table dressing, furniture, etc). As the tables are pre-assigned to your room, there is no indication at booking about this difference. Also the price/quality is a bit high.

This hotel is a great location for those who love the outdoors, with the lake and national parks nearby. the rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are clean. the hotel staff is friendly and helpful, providing exceptional service. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast and dinner in the hotel's restaurant and indulge in the top-notch wellness facilities. guests can relax in the whirlpools for some quiet time.
The hotel charges for every drink regardless of half board, potentially adding to unexpected expenses.

My Christmas experience at this hotel was amazing! The room was spacious and modern, with a bathroom that felt like a spa. The pool and wellness facilities were a great way to relax after a day of hiking. The location was perfect, close to the beautiful lake and right in the heart of town. The restaurant served delicious cuisine that was creative and high end.
the lack of tea/coffee making facilities in the room was a bit inconvenient. However, these minor inconveniences were far outweighed by the overall positive experience I had at this hotel during the festive season.

Very friendly staff and hotel owners. The hotel was rennovated, very clean and silent. Restaurant serves finest deli specialities and desserts. Cocktails in sunroom. Pool and wellness facilities (whirlpool, hydrojet, sauna etc) are very clean and new. Don't expect discos/nightlife in the town. Great for people looking for relaxation on weekend.
Whirlpools are small (there are 3 of them each for 1 person). Coins for them go for 15 Minutes and cost 7-8 Euro. Otherwise very very clean.

The rooms were spacious, modern, clean, yet homely. The beds are firm but very comfortable and large. The bathrooms are spacious and new. Wireless internet seems to have a problem with ip addresses for some computers but there was a lan cable in the room so that was ok. Continental breakfast was excellent and enjoyed by all. As we were with 3 couples a table was reserved for us so we could sit together. There is a nice swimming pool and sauna complex with extensive opening hours. The staff were friendly. All 6 of us found our rooms excellent and would definitely consider coming back. The hotel is situated in a small village with several bakeries and supermarkets, within easy driving distance of the nature of the Belgian Ardennes and cities in Belgium and Germany.
You have to be a little careful as the separate toilet has a partially shaded glass door and so does the bathroom, so it is possible to look through both doors when walking past in some of the rooms. Not a major problem though.
